The last month has been a blur: Up most days so I can be at the gym by 5 a.m. because I’m so excited to see the community grow, and I want to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

I have been overwhelmed by the response from the running community to Performance Running. I set first week and first month goals — and we exceeded both. Thank you!

That only reinforces what inspired me to begin with: The immense running community in and around the Twin Cities needed a gym, just for us!

The same goes for information about running, which is why I wanted to start a newsletter as well. Here’s what you can expect:
