What makes Performance Running Gym a gym for runners?
It’s all about community.  Of course, Performance Running will have great equipment chosen with runners in mind: Woodway treadmills, an incline treadmill, Stairmaster Stepmill, Precor AMT, and my favorite glute builder for hill climbing – the weight sled! We’ll also offer pre-made workouts specifically tailored to runners.  Even more important is the sense of community and camaraderie that you’ll find with other runners.
I’ve never lifted weights before. How will I know what to do?
We’re here to help with that! When you become a member, we’ll provide you with training on all of the equipment. We’ll also provide you with a free personal training session to further assist you.   We’ve made it easy to work out on your own with our many pre-made workout cards.  We’re also going to help with any questions you have along the way.
I’m interested in training for a marathon, can you guys help me with that?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your first marathon, or you’d like to qualify for Boston, we can help!
I’ve heard that many of your members are ultrarunners. Can you train me to do an ultramarathon?
We sure can. We’d be happy to help you get to the finish line of your first ultra!
Do you participate in health insurance reimbursement for frequent visits?

Yes, we work with NIHCA. NIHCA works with many different insurance providers.

What are your hours?

Our members have access to the gym from 4:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily via key fob. Aside from that, the doors are locked and visits and tours are available by appointment by emailing info@performancerungym.com or calling (612) 719-0186
