Upcoming Group Classes and Boot Camps

Our boot camps are developed to unlock your running potential through guided, runner specific strength and mobility training. Led by our certified coaching staff, these classes are designed to help you run stronger with less risk of injury. Registration is limited and is open to all- gym membership is not required to attend.

The Boot Camp designed for runners by runners!
This high energy, intense, fun, boot camp will help you increase your strength, improve body composition, and overall fitness. We will focus on strengthening the muscles we need as runners to improve performance and reduce injury risk. Let us help prepare you for success at achieving your goals!
Only $16 per class if you sign-up for the entire boot camp. $21 per class if you would prefer to al-la-carte purchase of certain class dates. Members get 15% off regular boot camp rates on this class. 
If you plan to attend, don’t delay registration! Classes are limited to just 15 participants per session.
