Program Dates: Tuesday, December 2nd – Thursday, February 26th (no class 12/23 or 12/25)

Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:00pm-5:00pm

Location: Performance Running Gym

 

Develop Your Strength, Mobility, and Build a Strong Base for Your Next XC Season

This 12-week off-season training program is designed to bridge the gap between the fall cross country season and spring track season. Athletes will focus on developing general and running-specific strength, enhancing mobility and stability, and building a strong base without the demands of in-season competition.

 

Winter Strength at PRG Integrates Skills in the Following Areas:

      • Strength training to address imbalances and build durability.

      • Running mechanics and drills to refine form.

      • Plyometrics and power development to maintain neuromuscular sharpness.

      • Core work and mobility to support healthy, efficient movement.

      • Low-intensity aerobic work to maintain fitness without overloading.

    • 2x weekly 60 minute sessions led by a nationally certified PRG Running Coach

Pricing: $399 for 12-weeks (23 sessions / $17.35/session) or Al-La-Carte sessions or $25/session
