My intention as a personal trainer and running coach is to improve the quality of life in all clients through exercise and improved fitness. I believe regular movement is a vital part of our health for both our body and mind.

Certified Nutrition Coach, USATF Level 1 Certified Coach, UESCA Certified Running Coach, SafeSport Certified Coach, USATF Level 1 Track & Field Certified, American Red Cross CPR/AED Certified, B.S. in Business Management, US Boxing Certified and USAB Certified Coach

Experience:
Involved in running community for years, Competing in Track and Field/Cross Country/Running since 2008, Personal Trainer since 2018. 3x All American Distance Runner (2x AAU, 1x NIRCA). MSHSL Awards- All State Academic, All Section, All Conference, 3x All Conference H.M.
