Program Dates: Tuesday, June 17th – Thursday, August 7th, 2025

Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:30am-10am

Location: Performance Running Gym

 

Develop your strength, endurance, power and physical and mental skills for the season ahead with Performance Project XC Summer Strength & Endurance at PRG! 

This 8-week program is designed to help high school runners improve their performance through structured strength training, running drills, and endurance-building sessions. The program integrates running-specific strength training, plyometrics, core work, and running drills to develop power, efficiency, and injury resistance. A weekly run will reinforce endurance and technique, ensuring athletes are race-ready for the upcoming season.

 

By The End of The Program, Athletes Will

      • Develop better running mechanics through drills and plyometrics.
      • Improve strength and mobility specific to endurance performance.
      • Enhance core stability and power for better form and injury prevention.
      • Build aerobic and anaerobic endurance with weekly progressive runs.

    • 2x weekly 90 minute sessions led by a nationally certified PRG Running Coach
