Develop your strength, endurance, power and physical and mental skills for the season ahead with Performance Project XC Summer Strength & Endurance at PRG!
This 8-week program is designed to help high school runners improve their performance through structured strength training, running drills, and endurance-building sessions. The program integrates running-specific strength training, plyometrics, core work, and running drills to develop power, efficiency, and injury resistance. A weekly run will reinforce endurance and technique, ensuring athletes are race-ready for the upcoming season.
By The End of The Program, Athletes Will

- Develop better running mechanics through drills and plyometrics.
- Improve strength and mobility specific to endurance performance.
- Enhance core stability and power for better form and injury prevention.
- Build aerobic and anaerobic endurance with weekly progressive runs.
